1. Acceptance and Modification of the Agreement 1. 协议的接受与修改

1.1 This agreement is the agreement between you and PersonaSpace regarding the use of the PersonaSpace application and services. 1.1 本协议是您与 PersonaSpace 之间关于使用 PersonaSpace 应用及服务所订立的协议。

1.2 We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. The modified agreement will be announced within the app or notified to you through other appropriate means. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement. 1.2 我们有权在必要时修改本协议条款。修改后的协议将在应用内公告或以其他适当方式通知您。继续使用服务即视为接受修改后的协议。

2.1 PersonaSpace is an application clone management tool for the macOS platform that allows you to create and manage independent workspaces for applications on the same device. 2.1 PersonaSpace 是一款 macOS 平台的应用分身管理工具，允许您在同一设备上创建和管理应用的独立工作空间。

2.2 Service features include but are not limited to: 2.2 服务功能包括但不限于：

• Create application clones/workspaces创建应用分身/工作空间

• Customize names and icon colors for different workspaces为不同工作空间自定义名称和图标颜色
• Subscription and in-app expansion services订阅和内购扩容服务

3. User Account and Code of Conduct 3. 用户账户与行为规范

3.1 Eligibility 3.1 使用资格

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are a minor, please read this agreement in the company of your legal guardian. 您必须年满 13 周岁方可使用本服务。如果您是未成年人，请在法定监护人的陪同下阅读本协议。

3.2 User Code of Conduct 3.2 用户行为规范

You agree not to: 您同意不会：

• Use the clone function to engage in any illegal activities利用分身功能从事任何违反法律法规的活动
• Use the clone function to infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others利用分身功能侵犯他人合法权益
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application对应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编
• Use automated tools to create clones in bulk使用自动化工具批量创建分身
• Use the clone function for improper purposes such as fraud or fake orders将分身功能用于欺诈、刷单等不当目的
• Attempt to bypass subscription or in-app purchase restrictions试图绕过订阅或内购限制
• Spread malware or viruses传播恶意软件或病毒

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases 4. 订阅与内购

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase付款将通过您的 Apple ID 账户确认购买时扣除
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period订阅将自动续费，除非在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, and refunds follow Apple's refund policy所有购买通过 Apple App Store 处理，退款遵循 Apple 的退款政策

5. Intellectual Property 5. 知识产权

5.1 All intellectual property rights of the PersonaSpace application (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights) belong to us. 5.1 PersonaSpace 应用的所有知识产权（包括但不限于著作权、商标权、专利权）均归我们所有。

5.2 You own the intellectual property rights to the clone names, custom settings, and other content you create in the application. 5.2 您在应用中创建的分身名称、自定义设置等内容的知识产权归您所有。

5.3 The intellectual property rights of the cloned application belong to the original application developer, and PersonaSpace does not claim any rights. 5.3 被克隆应用的知识产权归原应用开发者所有，PersonaSpace 不主张任何权利。

6. Disclaimer 6. 免责声明

6.1 We provide the service on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 6.1 我们按"现状"提供服务，不作任何明示或暗示的保证。

6.2 We shall not be liable for the following situations: 6.2 我们不对以下情况承担责任：

• Service interruption due to force majeure因不可抗力导致的服务中断
• Functional limitations due to changes in Apple platform policies因 Apple 平台政策变更导致的功能受限
• Abnormal clone function due to cloned application updates被克隆应用更新导致分身功能异常
• Data loss due to user device issues因用户设备问题导致的数据丢失
• Consequences arising from the user violating the terms of service of the cloned application用户违反被克隆应用服务条款产生的后果

6.3 We are not responsible for the content, functions, or services of the cloned application. 6.3 我们不对被克隆应用的内容、功能或服务承担任何责任。

7. Service Changes and Termination 7. 服务变更与终止

7.1 We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services according to business needs. 7.1 我们有权根据业务需要变更、暂停或终止部分或全部服务。

7.2 If you seriously violate this agreement, we have the right to terminate the provision of services to you. 7.2 如您严重违反本协议，我们有权终止向您提供服务。

7.3 After service termination, we will delete your personal information within the scope permitted by law. 7.3 服务终止后，我们将在法律允许的范围内删除您的个人信息。

8. Dispute Resolution 8. 争议解决

8.1 The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. 8.1 本协议的订立、执行和解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。

8.2 Disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation by both parties. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people's court with jurisdiction where we are located. 8.2 因本协议产生的争议，双方应首先协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均可向我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

9. Other Terms 9. 其他条款

9.1 If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. 9.1 本协议中任何条款被认定为无效的，不影响其他条款的效力。

9.2 Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right. 9.2 我们未行使或延迟行使本协议项下的任何权利，不构成对该权利的放弃。

9.3 The titles of this agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of the agreement terms. 9.3 本协议的标题仅为方便阅读而设，不影响协议条款的解释。
